The villa is situated in a peaceful neighborhood in Pula, and all necessary amenities such as restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, shopping malls, etc., are within a short walk (5 minutes). The advantage of this villa is that it is located in a tranquil area and provides the opportunity to take a leisurely walk to the city center during summer evenings when numerous events and concerts are held, avoiding parking congestion.
In just a 10-minute walk, you can reach the city center where all the cultural and historical landmarks of the city are located, with the most famous being the Amphitheater. Enjoy the most beautiful beaches in Croatia, which are only 3.5 km from the Villa.
